Bill who is a lifetime resident of Massachusetts, has been investing in residential real estate since the 1980s when he began purchasing projects to renovate. Through the good markets and the bad, Bill never wavered in his belief that real estate was the best investment.

Bill believes that the most ethical way to represent Buyers is as an Exclusive Buyers Agent. That conviction shared with Seth Driggin has created Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc., a real estate brokerage representing Buyers and only Buyers.

As a Navy Seal Officer during the Vietnam War, Bill's goals were twofold; accomplish his mission and keep his men from harm.  His goals haven't changed very much.  They're still twofold; find you the exact property you're looking for and negotiate to get you the best price and terms possible.

Over the last 40 years, Bill’s experience has included starting up and managing over nine companies in various fields, including Marine Construction, Deep diving, Retail, Manufacturing and International trade. This depth of experience has proven invaluable in offering advice and guidance to the home buyer.

Education: Bill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Colgate University in Hamilton New York.

Seth brings a strong business and legal background to Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc. Seth has been actively involved in real estate development and management for the last twenty years, prior to which time he practiced corporate and real estate law. Seth was a 1977 graduate of New York University School of Law, where he also completed courses in the Masters in Tax program during 1978-1980. He was a cum laude graduate of Clark University in 1974 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Seth lives with his family in a townhouse on Marlborough Street, in the historic Back Bay and has a second home in the Southern Maine resort town of Ogunquit, where he has had an interest in residential and commercial real estate for many years.

Seth's knowledge in diverse areas of business and legal practice, with a concentration in real estate, provides the additional expertise that helps contribute to the success of Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc.

Leslie is originally from Lexington, MA. She moved to Cambridge before settling in Chelmsford to raise her family.  A resident of Massachusetts, Leslie brings to our team first hand knowledge of the history and character of her home state and the unique experience each Boston neighborhood has to offer.  Leslie has also been a summer resident of Ogunquit, Maine for over thirty years, enjoying the southern coast with her family.

Before joining Jebb & Driggin, Leslie trained as a certified tax preparer with a background in accounting.  Leslie is also a mother of three.

Cheri Meckley grew up in Rhode Island and considers herself a true New Englander even though she has lived all over the East coast.  She received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Carolina.  Early in her career she was in the medical field as a pediatric and adult echocardiographer.  As owner and manager of multiple properties in Boston and Florida, she knows real estate and what it takes to get deals done efficiently and with the client’s best interests intact. Cheri resides in Back Bay and loves calling it home!

Winnie provides the strategy and implementation of all digital marketing initiatives for Jebb and Driggin. Most recently she worked for several start up companies in the Boston area doing product management and marketing. She has experience working in the financial services, publishing and automobile industries.  Winnie graduated from University of Connecticut, Storrs in 1986 and also received her Webmaster Certification from Northeastern University in 2000. Winnie is originally from the New York City area but moved to the Boston area 25 years ago. She loves living in Boston because it offers access to beaches and mountains and many cultural activities.
