Bill Jebb, a lifetime resident of Massachusetts, has been investing in residential real estate since the 1980s when he began purchasing projects to renovate. Through the good markets and the bad, Bill never wavered in his belief that real estate was the best investment.
Bill believes that the most ethical way to represent Buyers is as an Exclusive Buyers Agent. That conviction shared with Seth Driggin has created Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc., a real estate brokerage representing Buyers and only Buyers.
As a Navy Seal Officer during the Vietnam War, Bill's goals were twofold; accomplish his mission and keep his men from harm. His goals haven't changed very much. They're still twofold; find you the exact property you're looking for and negotiate to get you the best price and terms possible.
Education: Bill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Colgate University in Hamilton New York.

Seth Driggin brings a strong business and legal background to Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc. Seth has been actively involved in real estate development and management for the last twenty years, prior to which time he practiced corporate and real estate law. Seth was a 1977 graduate of New York University School of Law, where he also completed courses in the Masters in Tax program during 1978-1980. He was a cum laude graduate of Clark University in 1974 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Seth lives with his family in a townhouse on Marlborough Street, in the historic Back Bay and has a second home in the Southern Maine resort town of Ogunquit, where he has had an interest in residential and commercial real estate for many years.
Seth's knowledge in diverse areas of business and legal practice, with a concentration in real estate, provides the additional expertise that helps contribute to the success of Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc.

Grace Lee Billings brings over twenty five years of real estate construction and development experience to Jebb and Driggin. For many years, Grace was an integral part of a Connecticut company that specialized in building high end homes in Litchfield County. In Boston, Grace converted several triple decker homes into condos. This meant extensive exposure to every aspect of design and construction. Being knowledgeable of the building trade from the ground up is a tremendous asset to understanding real estate. She knows how to look critically at properties and will help educate her clients to the important details of a property’s construction and lay-out.
As a Licensed Buyer Broker at Jebb and Driggin, Grace helps clients achieve their real estate goals. By really "hearing"the needs of her clients and using a disciplined approach, Grace offers alternative creative solutions to difficult housing requirements. She believes that an informed client makes better decision about investing in a home. Therefore she emphasizes that good location, good lay-out, and good construction make for "good bones."Grace shows clients properties that fit their needs and their budget. Clients appreciate that their time is valued.
At Jebb and Driggin, Grace represents exclusively residential property buyers in Boston and surrounding communities. She has access to all listed properties as well as those that are "for sale by owner (fsbo)."
Grace and her husband George Halsey have lived in the Back Bay for ten years. She is active in the community and knows the individual character and history of Boston’s neighborhoods including Beacon Hill, Back Bay, South End, North End, South Boston, The Fenway, Charlestown, and Brookline. In addition to the Boston area, Grace has experience and knowledge of the North and South Shore communities.
Before coming to the Back Bay, Grace lived in Connecticut and Switzerland. She is fluent in French. Grace serves as a Trustee for the MacJannet Foundation supporting a summer program for Tufts students in France.

Ryan is a lifetime resident of Massachusetts; he grew up in Springfield and now lives in Boston. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.
Matthew graduated from Northeastern University in Boston.
